1. By subscribing to Square Deal’s (also referred to as "we", "our" or "us") customer database (the "Database"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which shall constitute a legally binding agreement between yourself and us.

2. In order to subscribe to our Database, you must be at least 13 years old and you must reside in Malta. In addition, in order to successfully subscribe to our Database and be able to benefit from any of our offers you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any subscription without assigning any reason therefor.

4. Customers can subscribe to our Database in any of our stores in Malta using the tablets provided, following which they will receive a one-time voucher entitling the customer to a 10% discount off their bill on any purchase at the time of subscription.

5. Each voucher is personal to the customer who has subscribed to our Database and may not be transferred to and/or redeemed by any third party.

6. Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash and no credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the voucher.

7. All vouchers are electronically recorded in our database and no physical certificate is issued to the customer. Customers wishing to redeem their voucher may only do so upon presentation of a valid identification document, such as an identity card, passport or driving license.

8. The voucher is not valid during sale or in conjunction with any special promotion.

9. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta.

1. By subscribing to Square Deal's (also referred to as "we", "our" or "us") Loyalty Scheme (the "Loyalty Scheme"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which shall constitute a legally binding agreement between yourself and us.

2. The Loyalty Scheme is only open to customers who:

• have selected one/several of our brands.
• are at least 13 years old;
• reside in Malta;
• have agreed to the processing of their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy; and
• agree to receive email and sms communications from us in relation to news and offers on their preferred clothing brands.

3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration or to refuse participation in the competition without assigning any reason therefore.

4. Following each successful subscription, customers will receive one point for every euro spent on products at any of our stores in Malta. Upon accumulating 500 points, the customer shall receive a €50 gift voucher to spend at any of our Maltese outlets on our goods. Points can only get earned on fully priced items and cannot get earned on sale, reduced or promotional items.

5. Such voucher shall be redeemable within a period of 12 months from the date of issue.

6. We retain the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.

7. Each voucher is personal to the customer who has subscribed to our Loyalty Scheme and may not be transferred to and/or redeemed by any third party.

9. We are not responsible if a voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
