1. By participating in this competition, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which shall constitute a legally binding agreement between yourself and Square Deal (also referred to as "we", "our" or "us").

2. In order to participate in this competition, you must:

• be at least 13 years old;
• successfully registered your correct details online at https://register.squaredeal.com.mt/; and
• agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and agree to the publication of your name and photograph on our newsfeed in the event of winning the competition as set-out in clause 9 hereof.

3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration or to refuse participation in the competition without assigning any reason therefore.

4. The competition shall run from Friday, 27th December 2020 to Thursday, 26th March 2020.

5. On Friday, 27h March 2020, one person who registered his/her details via the above-mentioned webpage will be chosen at random from the list of other registered participants and declared as the winner of the competition.

6. The winner will receive a prize, which shall consist in a €500 gift voucher which is to be collected from our celio* store at 27 Tower road Tas-Sliema SLM, 1059 during our opening hours by no later than the 17th April 2020.

7. The gift voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue.

8. The winner shall be contacted via mobile or email address. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of contact, another draw shall take place and the prize shall be awarded to the person selected at random in such subsequent draw.

9. The winner will be officially announced on the celio* Malta Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/celiomaltaOFFICIAL ) and shall have their photograph taken with the prize, which shall be posted to our newsfeed.

10. Each voucher is personal to the winning customer and may not be transferred to and/or redeemed by any third party.

11. Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash and no credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the voucher.

12. All vouchers are electronically recorded in our database and no physical certificate is issued to the customer. Customers wishing to redeem their voucher may only do so upon presentation of a valid identification document, such as an identity card, passport or driving license.

13. The voucher is not valid during sale or in conjunction with any special promotion.

14. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta.

1. By subscribing to Square Deal`s (also referred to as "we", "our" or "us") Loyalty Scheme (the "Loyalty Scheme"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which shall constitute a legally binding agreement between yourself and us.

2. The Loyalty Scheme is only open to customers who:

• have selected one/several of our brands.
• be at least 13 years old.
• reside in Malta.
• have agreed to the processing of their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and ;
• agree to receive email and sms communications from us in relation to news and offers on their preferred clothing brands.

3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration or to refuse participation in the competition without assigning any reason therefore.

4. Following each successful subscription, customers will receive one point for every euro spent on products at any of our stores in Malta. Upon accumulating 500 points, the customer shall receive a €50 gift voucher to spend at any of our Maltese outlets on our goods. Points can only get earned on fully priced items and cannot get earned on sale, reduced or promotional items.

5. Such voucher shall be redeemable within a period of 12 months from the date of issue.

6. We retain the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.

7. Each voucher is personal to the customer who has subscribed to our Loyalty Scheme and may not be transferred to and/or redeemed by any third party.

8. Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash and no credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the voucher.

9. We are not responsible if a voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

10. The voucher is not valid during sale or in conjunction with any special promotion.
